here will give a report about latest activity in my campus called
Heritage and Organda Expo (2010)
that organized at
Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara
Prolog :
Heritage and Organda Expo is an annual activity that held at Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara. This events is held by Badan Exsecutif Mahasiswa accosiated with Organisasi Daerah for each region. The BEM choose some of Organda to perform any performance related to their region culture, it can be dancing, singing, acting, and so on. Not only that performance, BEM also gives organda chance to build a single stand about their region. They have to design it as alike as possible to their region culture.Why do I'm interested to join this event?? because this very day, a lot of youngsters do not appreciate their own culture. Somehow west culture becoming their own culture. It's not about just their look it's also about their song to sing, their movie to watch. I become a stranger in my own country :D :D
But, in this event called Heritage and Organda Expo, each youngster do proud of their own culture. they wear Cultural Cloth, sing cultural song, and so on. I do happy about this event.
Main Event:
Heritage and Organda Expo divided into 3 main events , :Heritage
It's an event that the chosen organdas will perform their cultural activities such as dancing, singing, acting, and other possibilities. The ones that perform on the stage are they who get through the audition held before D-Day.

Expo
Expo is where orgabda build their on stand to show their cultural merchandises such as food, jewelry, or anything else . Here some pic that i can get to you
Putra Putri Daerah:
Putra-Putri Daerah (PPD) is somekind of Miss World or Miss Universe. Every organda sends their delegation (male and female) and will perform at the stage to perform their 5B (brain, beauty, behaviour, dll)
